Frontier Save a Copy and Bounce
We've been experiencing similar problems but perhaps not as severe as yours. Sometimes we've had to restore an old copy of Frontier.root to get things running. We've been "refreshing" our root files, especially frontier.root. See http://frontier.userland.com/stories/storyReader$140 We've had some success with bounce, which automates this process: http://www.baylys.com:8080/help/bounce
(If I were to run bounce, I'd make sure that you have everything backed up just in case something goes wrong....Having routine backups has saved us a lot of grief many a times.....)
Hope this helps, -Raymond
